1.检查窑尾袋收尘空气压缩的压力是不是一切正常,汽缸、煤气发生炉工作压力能否做到标准值,每个人孔门是不是关掉及时,有无透风。

2.检查各机器设备地脚丝有无松脱,人孔门是不是关紧,各开料口有无跑料或阻塞。

3.各运转机器设备周边有无防碍物,靠背轮、传动齿轮保护罩是不是无恙。

3.与中控台联络对比各仪表盘意见反馈数据信号是不是相符合。

4.检查窑尾引风机前后左右轴承油位,各拉锁机绞刀下加料器进库斗提机减速器油位,传动系统传动链条润化状况,均化库顶袋收尘离心风机连轴器油位。

5.检查有机废气处理设备的窑尾引风机轴承冷却循环水工作压力及闸阀电源开关状况。

5.检查增压水泵进出口贸易闸阀是不是恰当,储水箱水位线在1.0米之上。

6.在现场具有出发运送到韶山标准后,将锁匙电源开关打成中控台部位,与中控台联络是不是有备妥并告知组长、电气设备工作人员到当场,提前准备启运。

2.废气处理设备的巡检

1.检查窑尾引风机轴承、进库斗提机减速器以及其他锅炉辅机减速器油位转变及其窑尾引风机轴承冷却循环水工作压力。

5.加湿塔绞刀尼龙棒是不是一切正常,开料是不是有湿块。

6.库顶袋收尘运作是不是一切正常,有无起烟,料仓有无跑料。

7.窑尾袋收尘压力差增大时,废气治理厂家立即检查空气压缩工作压力及脉冲电磁阀有无漏汽,气压表能否一切正常。

8.窑停时,可以恰当电源开关供电闸阀。

9.星型下加料器是不是卡住,脱硝。
